# Digital Content and Workspace License

**Edition:** `MGTA-COMMERCIAL-CONTENT-LICENSE-v1.0.0`
**Status:** `owner-authorized publication edition — effective October 20, 2026`
**Counsel status:** `not represented as attorney-reviewed`

Subject to verified payment and compliance with the governing Agreement, Milenial proposes to grant the Customer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license during the purchased access period to access the applicable workspace and use included Milenial materials for the Customer's internal business preparation.

## Downloaded materials

For an authorized PDF, PPTX, ebook, worksheet, checklist, or template downloaded during active access, the Customer may retain that authorized copy after the access window closes and may use it internally for the Customer's own business preparation. The Customer may complete or adapt an editable template for its own legitimate business use. Milenial retains its rights in the underlying template, instructions, design, and unchanged portions.

## Native video and platform access

Video is licensed for native playback only during active purchased access. No video download, capture, rebroadcast, public performance, redistribution, or extraction right is granted. Workspace functionality and hosted materials cease to be accessible when the applicable window expires, is lawfully suspended, or is revoked.

## Authorized users

The default license is limited to one purchasing organization, one named purchaser/administrator, and no more than four additional named internal users who are employees or individual workers directly engaged by the same legal entity. A user may not transfer access; an administrator may reassign a seat only through an attributable account change. Consultant, affiliate, client, multi-entity, classroom, reseller, and public-training use requires express written authorization. Credential sharing is prohibited.

## Prohibited exploitation

The Customer may not sell, sublicense, publish, publicly post, distribute, create a competing library from, remove proprietary notices from, systematically extract, scrape, reverse engineer, or use protected Milenial content to train or evaluate a publicly available model or third-party content-generation service, except where mandatory law permits conduct that cannot be restricted.

## Customer-created work product

The Customer retains its rights in its original inputs and protectable additions. A completed customer document may incorporate licensed Milenial template material, so ownership of customer facts does not transfer ownership of the underlying template. Government works, third-party content, open-source material, standards, legal rules, and AI-generated material retain their applicable status.

No implied license, ownership transfer, exclusivity, assignment, or work-made-for-hire relationship is created.
