# Electronic Assent and Agreement Evidence Specification

**Edition:** `MGTA-COMMERCIAL-ASSENT-EVIDENCE-v1.0.0`
**Status:** `owner-authorized implementation specification — effective October 20, 2026`
**Counsel status:** `not represented as attorney-reviewed`

Before checkout begins, the Customer must receive conspicuous access to the exact Master Terms, Tier Order Schedule, Content License, Refund and Delivery Policy, Privacy Notice, and any transaction-specific instrument. The interface must require an unchecked affirmative control with language stating that the purchaser agrees to the identified editions and has authority to bind the named Customer.

The retained record must contain:

1. purchaser user and tenant identifiers;
2. Customer legal or business name supplied for the order;
3. Tier, offer key, offer version, amount, currency, and access duration;
4. every governing edition ID, SHA-256, URL, and presented title;
5. presentation and assent timestamps;
6. affirmative action and interface version;
7. a retrievable copy or immutable content binding;
8. checkout-session and payment-attempt references;
9. activation result and access-window identifiers;
10. withdrawal, supersession, refund, dispute, or correction history.

The service must fail closed if a required edition, hash, route, price, scope, or assent record is missing or mismatched. Payment-provider completion cannot substitute for Milenial's own proof of the agreement presented and accepted.

Electronic agreement, assent, order, payment, activation, refund, charge-dispute, and contract-dispute records must remain reproducible and attributable for seven years after the latest of the purchase, access expiration, final refund or dispute resolution, or Agreement termination. A documented legal hold suspends ordinary deletion. Authentication, payment, and assent are related evidence but are not interchangeable. Full payment-card data must not be retained in these records.
