## Scope

This Notice covers Tier 1 checkout, customer accounts, payment records received from Stripe, access delivery, private video playback, downloadable learning assets, support, security, and related service administration on Milenial's website. Third-party services remain subject to their own notices.

## Information processed

Milenial may process account and contact information; organization and authorized-user information; checkout assent and authority confirmations; Tier, price, transaction, payment-status, refund, and dispute references supplied by Stripe; access and download events; private-video playback events; support communications; consent and notice-version records; and limited device, authentication, network, security, and diagnostic information. Milenial does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers through this checkout.

## Purposes

Milenial uses this information to authenticate users, create and verify orders, provide the purchased 45-day access, deliver downloads and private streaming video, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support and privacy requests, maintain security and audit evidence, handle refunds or disputes, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.

## Providers and disclosures

Vercel hosts and delivers the application. Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, and server-function services. Stripe processes checkout and payment events. Authorized Milenial personnel may access information when required for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, or address a legal claim.

Milenial does not represent that it sells personal information or uses customer information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement must be reevaluated before adding advertising or materially different analytics.

## Retention and security

Records are retained according to their operational, accounting, security, dispute, contractual, and legal purposes. Assent, order, payment, access, refund, and dispute evidence may be retained for seven years after the latest relevant transaction or resolution, subject to a documented legal hold. Security safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

## Choices and rights

Applicable privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, appeal, or withdrawal of consent. Rights vary by jurisdiction and may be limited by authentication, legal obligations, security, accounting, dispute, and legal-hold requirements. Send requests to `corey@milenialinc.com`. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, government identifiers, or payment-card information.

## Changes

A successor notice will identify its edition and effective date. It does not silently replace the exact notice recorded with an earlier checkout event.
