## Purchase classification

Tier 1–4 purchases are one-time digital-service purchases with a 45-calendar-day access window. They do not automatically renew. A purchase is not complete until payment is verified and the corresponding access window is activated.

## Delivery

Delivery occurs through the Customer's authorized Milenial account. Native video is streamed and not downloadable. An asset described as downloadable is delivered only when the exact accepted version is released and authorized for that Customer's active Tier. A roadmap, preview, candidate, or held asset is not a delivered item.

## Reviewable refund grounds

For an ordinary discretionary review, the Customer must submit a request within seven calendar days after access activation. An ordinary refund is unavailable after the Customer has downloaded a substantial portion of the included downloadable assets or made substantial use of the streamed lessons or workspace. Substantial use must be supported by attributable delivery or access evidence and may not be presumed from account creation or a single incidental access event.

Milenial will conduct an attributable review of a timely request involving a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, incorrect amount or Tier, verified failure to activate purchased access, material mismatch between the accepted Order Schedule and delivered service, corrupted authorized download that Milenial cannot replace, or extended service failure that materially deprives the Customer of the purchased benefit.

Completion status, lack of contract success, changed business plans, failure to use the service, disagreement with educational guidance, or expiration after the disclosed 45-day window does not by itself establish a refund right. Access or download does not automatically defeat rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

The seven-day and substantial-use rules do not bar review of a duplicate or unauthorized charge, incorrect price or Tier, failure to activate, material delivery mismatch, unrepaired corrupted download, a qualifying outage, or a right that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

## Availability remedy

A "Material Outage" occurs when a Milenial-controlled failure prevents the Customer from accessing substantially all of the purchased hosted service. It excludes disclosed planned maintenance, Customer systems or credentials, force majeure, and third-party Internet conditions outside Milenial's reasonable control, except to the extent Milenial failed to take reasonable mitigation measures.

For a continuous Material Outage exceeding 24 hours, or Material Outages totaling more than 48 hours during the access window, Milenial will extend access by the verified outage duration rounded up to a whole day, with a minimum one-day extension. If a continuous Material Outage remains uncured for more than seven calendar days, the Customer may elect a proportional refund of the unused remaining access period instead. These are the exclusive contractual availability remedies, without limiting nonwaivable rights or a separately executed service-level agreement.

## Process and effect

Requests are submitted to `corey@milenialinc.com` with the purchaser name, business, account email, Tier, approximate purchase date, and reason. Sensitive credentials and payment-card numbers must not be emailed.

Milenial will preserve the request, governing terms, transaction and payment references, access and delivery evidence, disputed facts, applicable rule, decision, amount, notice, and provider result. A pending refund or charge dispute may place access on hold. A completed refund may terminate the related access. A failed or canceled refund does not extend the original access period unless Milenial expressly grants a remedy.

## Upgrade effect

An upgrade credit and fresh access window are governed by the accepted Order Schedule. The capability must not be offered until the commercial system can enforce and evidence it end to end.
