## Common commercial terms

- Each price is for one purchase and does not automatically renew.
- The 45-day period begins when a verified successful payment event activates access, not when checkout is merely opened.
- A higher Tier includes the identified lower Tiers during the same purchased window; it does not create perpetual access.
- Same- or lower-Tier repurchase is denied while an equal or higher active window remains in force under the current system design.
- During an active lower-Tier window, 100% of the price actually paid for that lower-Tier purchase will be credited once against the then-current price of one higher-Tier purchase. The credit has no cash value, cannot reduce the higher-Tier price below zero, and does not include tax. After verified upgrade payment, the higher Tier begins a fresh 45-calendar-day window and supersedes the lower-Tier window.
- Upgrade credit must remain unavailable until checkout, payment, entitlement, refund, receipt, and audit logic enforce the rule consistently; the current system must not advertise or manually approximate the credit.
- One purchase covers one purchasing organization, one named purchaser/administrator, and up to four additional named internal users of the same legal entity. Affiliate, client, consultant, classroom, reseller, and multi-entity use requires separate written authorization.
- PDFs, PPTX files, and ebooks may be provided as controlled downloads when the applicable asset is accepted and released.
- Videos are provided only through native Milenial playback during active purchased access and are not offered for download.
- Planned, preview, held, unreleased, incomplete, or future assets are not included merely because they appear in a roadmap or Tier description.
- Tax treatment and any required tax collection are determined at checkout and remain subject to verification before activation.

## Required transaction snapshot

Every accepted order must preserve the Tier, offer key and version, price, currency, access period, cumulative edition count, included-asset manifest version, excluded or held assets, governing agreement editions, assent event, purchaser and organization, payment reference, activation time, and expiration time.
