# Tier 1 Preorder and Scheduled Access Notice

## Preorder availability

Tier 1 preorders open October 16, 2026. The one-time price is $197. A preorder is a paid order for the Tier 1 digital service described in the Tier 1 Order Schedule; it is not a subscription, reservation, certification, or promise of a government-contracting result.

## Scheduled delivery and access

Pre-opening purchasers do not have to wait for the public launch. The 45-calendar-day access period begins when a verified successful payment activates access and ends 45 calendar days later. Milenial will use the purchaser's authenticated account to provide access. The public Tier 1 launch remains scheduled for October 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern.

PDF field guides, PowerPoint presentations, and the Tier 1 ebook are downloadable during active access. Tier 1 videos are available only by private streaming inside Milenial and are not downloadable.

## Incorporated terms

This Notice supplements and incorporates the exact Master Customer Terms, Tier 1 Order Schedule, Digital Content and Workspace License, Purchase, Refund, and Delivery Policy, Electronic Assent and Agreement Evidence Specification, and Privacy Notice linked at checkout. If this Notice conflicts solely about preorder timing, scheduled access, or the start of the 45-day period, this Notice controls for Tier 1 preorders placed before the scheduled opening.

## Delivery problem or refund request

If Milenial does not activate access after verified payment, the purchaser may contact `corey@milenialinc.com`. Refund and delivery requests are reviewed under the incorporated Purchase, Refund, and Delivery Policy and applicable law. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, government identifiers, or payment-card information.
